Further, Chapco will never knowingly accept commodities, products and/or services from suppliers that employ or utilize child labor or forced labor.
This statement sets out the unwavering standards of behavior and integrity that Chapco requires with respect to the eradication, prevention and removal of slavery and human trafficking from all commerce and society in general. As part of its enforcement of such standards, Chapco requires complete compliance from its suppliers and contractors with the terms of this statement. Non-compliance with such standards is a terminable offense for any business or individual.
