While the relocation is geographically modest, from Chester to Deep River, Connecticut, its implications are significant: the continued development of a fully integrated, responsive, and growth-ready manufacturing partner for OEMs and defense primes seeking reliability in an increasingly constrained supplier landscape.

We’re excited to share an update from CHAPCO’s new manufacturing facility at 12 Bridge Street in Deep River, Connecticut. It’s been a couple of weeks since our last update, and a lot has happened, so we wanted to bring you inside and show you what’s going on.
All of our press brakes have been moved in and we are now running full production. Current operations include punching, laser cutting, bending, welding, quality inspection, and parts assembly. The facility is up and running, and the team is firing on all cylinders.
The weld department is fully operational, featuring five large weld booths where production welding is actively underway. It’s a busy, high-capacity space that reflects the scale of what we’re building here at Bridge Street.
Our assembly area is set up and productive. Right now, the team is assembling UV light towers and vending machines, with more to come as we continue ramping up.
Our quality department is fully operational at the Bridge Street facility. We’re utilizing our laser QC technology and have our new quality office in place to ensure every part that leaves this facility meets CHAPCO’s standards.
We’ll keep sharing updates as the facility continues to grow and evolve. Stay tuned, there’s a lot more to come.
