On June 1, 2025 Denlar Fire Protection was acquired by Gas Fired Products (GFP) of North Carolina.
As a fourth-generation family-owned business, GFP is dedicated to investing in quality brands and technologies that serve the evolving needs of customers worldwide and Denlar will join their existing portfolio of brands which include Space-Ray, SunStar, and BulkTobac. Over the next few months, manufacturing will move to their North Carolina head quarters. Jess Tomczak, Sales Manager, will continue with Denlar under new ownership.
