Chapco is a Southeastern Connecticut–based sheet metal fabricator and contract manufacturer, specializing in high-performance, tight-tolerance, and complex fabrication programs, including engineered prototypes and high-volume production.

Our in-house capabilities include laser cutting, CNC punching, precision forming, robotic and manual welding, finishing, and electro-mechanical assembly, allowing for full process control from raw material through final shipment.

For more than 60 years, we have continually invested in advanced manufacturing technologies; as a result, our equipment operates 24/7 to ensure repeatability, process stability, and scalable throughput. In addition, our quality system supports first article inspection (FAI), documented process controls, and inspection traceability, helping reduce risk and accelerate program launch.

Our turnkey manufacturing operation is supported by a 150,000-square-foot production facility and over 80 skilled professionals working across two shifts, ensuring capacity, schedule confidence, and long-term supply chain reliability.
